To make this an easier explanation, I'll use fake names when talking about the plot and each person can claim a "role." The name used in the explanation will not be the name you have to use and can suggest particular characters for said roles.
Amy has a crush on Ben. Ben is dating Candy. David and Emory have a crush on Amy. Faith is Amy's best friend and she has a crush on David and gets mad at Amy when she finds out that David likes Amy. Emory is Amy's other best friend, Grace's, boyfriend. Amy and Faith start fighting until they realize that their frenemy, Candy, is going behind Ben's back to go after David. Faith encourages Amy to date David to keep him away from Candy until Faith can win his affection. When Ben dumps Candy and shows interest in Faith, Amy encourages Faith to go after Ben to keep him away from others, the way Amy is doing with David for Faith. Matters become more complicated when Amy's parents want to arrange a marriage between her and Henry, who Amy's sister Isla has a crush on. However, Henry finds that he has feelings for Grace.
I would like Amy and Faith to end up with their respective crushes in the end, but we'll see how it goes.

Now as to the roles...Only a few are set in stone.
AMY -- Daphne Greengrass
BEN -- Theodore Nott
CANDY -- Tori Torrent
DAVID -- Preferably a Slytherin boy like Draco or Blaise
EMORY -- Preferably not in Slytherin, as his girlfriend "Grace" is a Muggleborn Huffelpuff.
FAITH -- Preferably one of Daphne's Slytherin friends in Pansy's "gang of girls", be it Pansy herself or Tracey Davis. Doesn't have to be, just an idea.
GRACE -- Megan Jones. CLICK HERE
HENRY -- Preferably a pureblood. Daphne's parents will only want to involve her with a Pureblood boy and it would make it harder for him to admit to liking a Muggleborn.
ISLA -- Astoria Greengrass.
