HISTORY: Dyer Olson was a Ravenclaw when in school, and was an obsessive man. As a history buff, he had a particular love for the Founders era and traveled the world in search of more information about the time. Upon his return to England he had a list of names of the last living descendants of the Founders. None of them had any children. At this point he felt it was his duty to be sure these valuable bloodlines lived on. He seduced these people to reproduce with them, then made certain the children went into good homes. He kept his eye on them their whole lives to be sure they remained safe and alive long enough to continue his quest.

His first conquest was Phaedra Gentry, of Gryffindor blood. She gave him a daughter he called Valarie. Next was a man called Noah Coster, of Hufflepuff blood. For him, Dyer brew a potion to allow male pregnancy and carried the child, a son called Darwin, himself to ensure the child's safety. The next was a bit more tricky and dangerous, having to seduce the Dark Lord. Dyer remained mentally unstable from his time among the Death Eaters, but bore a daughter called Almeda. Finally was Aoife, a child of Ravenclaw, who gave him a daughter called Sophia. They gave her to the Dragomir family in Pogodin, Russia. They were a very old pureblood family with odd traditions, and trouble having children. They demanded proof of Sophia's blood purity before adopting her and once satisfied gave her the name Antalya. From a young age she disliked this name and pleaded to be called Talya. Her adopted sister, Oksana Tatiana Elizaveta Dragomir, also decided to go by Sana upon this news. Their parents never obliged, but they always did call each other Talya and Sana.

Being older than her, Oksana was the first to leave. When their children became women, starting their menstrual cycles, they were available to be married off. Not many adhered to these old ways, but in the Wizarding world it was a more common occurrence than in the Muggle world. At twelve, Oksana was married to a man in his mid thirties and pregnant by her fourteenth birthday. Talya hated that her sister was so miserable, and did all she could to help, to no avail.

When she was thirteen, she faced the same trouble. Rafferty Losce, a wealthy pureblood, vied for her hand to the pleasure of her parents. Rafferty was in his early fifties and well known for a taste in young girls. Talya was terrified, but found a savior in Rafferty's daughter, Lux, who was her own age. Lux drugged her father with his own potions so that he slept frequently until she found one for impotence. Rafferty never knew he was being drugged and was horribly ashamed that his young bride was not pregnant within a year. He asked his brother to do the job for him, but Talya and Lux worked together to spare her virginity from being ruthlessly stripped away. The two became the closest of friends, and by the end of things she had noticed a slight change in the dynamic of their friendship, though never did question it.

This change began shortly after her fifteenth birthday. Three months before she turned sixteen, Rafferty, who had been supporting the Dark Lord, was killed by the Death Eaters for his cowardice and disloyalty. Lux managed to escape, but Talya was kidnapped and imprisoned in the Dark Lord's lair. For a little over a year she was brutally tortured on a daily basis. Thinking Lux was dead, Talya was devastated, but after a few months was determined to earn her freedom.

Upon learning she was a virgin, the Dark Lord planned to rape her as the taking of a virgin sacrifice for a complicated ritual he was planning to gain power. Hearing this news only encouraged her more to find an escape. To keep her obedient, the Dark Lord commanded she be bound in slavery to his most trusted followers, the Lestrange family, but she rebelled and managed to knock Rodolphus and Bellatrix unconscious using bars she had magically ripped from her cage before their arrival. Still magically sealed in the dungeon, she began creating a spell out of desperation. The ritual was painful, leaving rune markings on her back, but worked. She was able to escape and fled before anyone noticed she was gone.

In a nearby village, Talya met Aoife Duff who agreed to help her. Neither knew they were mother and daughter. Talya gave her name as Lana and asked Aoife to play her mother and get her to Hogwarts where she would be safe.
